Rock Springs Duplexes has comfortable homes and friendly staff. I really enjoy the area/feel of my neighborhood. I can go for a walk anytime and be comfortable. It's been great living here and my family plans to stay for a long time.

The location is ideally placed for access to shopping, schools, and work in North Austin. Close access to I35 and Loop 1. It would be nice to install NEST thermostats. Other than that we love living here.
